Delivery Terms
We will aim to dispatch all orders received before 2PM, Monday – Thursday, and before 1PM on Friday, the same day. Smaller / lightweight items will be shipped on a 48-hour service with Royal Mail. Larger items, generally over 5Kg will be shipped on a next day service with APC.

All orders over £100, will be shipped free of charge to UK Mainland addresses.

Custom leads manufactured by PCS may take longer to dispatch, based on current workload in the warehouse, the time of the order and quantity. If for whatever reason we feel it will take longer than 2 days to get the order shipped, we will contact you by either email or telephone.

Returns Policy
As per UK Distance Selling Regulations, any purchase made online or by telephone, may be returned to us or exchanged if notified within 30 days of delivery. Goods will need to be returned at the buyers cost, and refund / exchange will be processed upon delivery of the return to PCS. To open a return, please contact us either by email / telephone.

If an order is received and the items are incorrect / different from your order, please advise us within 5 days of delivery. We can then organise a replacement or refund, whichever suits.
Custom leads are non returnable, except in the case if it has not been made to the customers specified requirements. If any lead has been ordered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we will not be able to cancel / amend the order.
